mac and cheese w/ mornay sauce

ingredients

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • Gruyère, shredded
  • penne

instructions

  1. Step 1 Boil water and add pasta.
  2. Step 2 Melt butter over medium-low heat in the pan. Stir in flour to make a roux.
  3. Step 3 Add milk and stir constantly until thickened.
  4. Step 4 Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
