mac and cheese w/ mornay sauce

ingredients
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups 2% milk
- Gruyère, shredded
- penne
instructions
- Step 1 Boil water and add pasta.
- Step 2 Melt butter over medium-low heat in the pan. Stir in flour to make a roux.
- Step 3 Add milk and stir constantly until thickened.
- Step 4 Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
